Who am I?

I’m a commercial photographer, cinematographer, video editor, and retoucher based in Seattle. Growing up on Vashon Island in the heart of the Puget Sound, I was immersed in the art of image-making thanks to my professional photographer dad. I spent years in front of his lens until, at nine years old, I leapt to the other side and never looked back.

My Work?

My career has been a passport to adventure. I’ve created content for outdoor industry brands like YETI, Red Bull, Patagonia, Fishpond, NRS and Kokatat. Starting out as a producer for commercial photo and video productions, I gained a deep understanding of the industry’s inner workings. Later, two years at an in-house production studio sharpened my ability to lead a set, refining my photography, retouching, and video skills every day. As Director of Photography for another studio, I took on a broad range of responsibilities—operating the camera, running audio, managing G&E, building shot lists, and handling DIT—all while navigating the fast-paced demands of daily production.

Career Highlights?

Joining the Pelican Professional Team (2020–2023) was a defining chapter in my career. I was honored to be selected as one of 33 inspiring professionals on their team.

Since 2022, I have been part of Fishpond’s media team, producing product photography and video shoots in the field year round.

In 2019 and 2020, I took the leap of trading city life for wildlife during two unforgettable seasons in remote Alaska. Those experiences stand as some of the best decisions I’ve ever made—both personally and professionally. The work was challenging yet deeply rewarding, yielding images and stories that continue to define my portfolio and life experience. Those seasons shaped my work ethic, broadened my perspective, and solidified my passion for adventure sport and wildlife content.
